“On call for you”

It’s been an honour to serve Ward 3 over the past year, from where I grew up in Cowan Heights, to beautiful Waterford Valley, and in Mundy Pond where I now call home. Together, we’ve made real progress: tackling illegal dumping, improving road safety, supporting seniors housing, and bringing your voices to City Hall. But there’s still more work to do.

Our city deserves leadership that keeps showing up and keeps pushing forward. Today, I’m renewing my commitment to the people I represent and I’m pleased to announce that I will be seeking re-election as Ward 3 City Councillor.

About Greg

Born and raised in Cowan Heights, Greg attended both Beaconsfield and Bishops College. After graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Greg studied law at the University of New Brunswick before beginning his legal practice, primarily working with non-profits, such as the Public Legal Information Association of NL, providing free legal supports to Newfoundlanders and Labradorians.

Greg has volunteered with numerous organizations, and has advocated for seniors issues for many years. This includes having worked with Seniors NL, the St. John’s Seniors Advisory Committee, among many other organizations.

Greg has also followed in his family footsteps of teaching, and has taught at Memorial University of Newfoundland. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his parents, partner Emily, and his immediate and extended family. When he’s not with friends and family, he enjoys walking the trail around Mundy Pond where he now calls home, volunteering, and making new friends.

Since November, 2024, Greg has been your Ward 3 City Councilor.
